Our "Tumbling" classes place an emphasis on power tumbling needed for all great cheerleaders. We also introduce jumping with proper form, flexibility, and increased height. All classes work hard on basic conditioning needed for all athletes and flexibility required to prevent injury.
Tumbling 1: for the novice tumbler
Tumbling 2: must have a backwalkover to advance to this level
Tumbling 3: must have a back-handspring to advance to this level
